langsam wachsenden (nicht entarteten) Zellen ist MCM2 signifikant
höher
exprimiert als pKi-67, weil diese Zellen oft längere G1-Phasen
haben. In Zellen
mit G1-Arrest geht der Nachweis von pKi-67 mit MIB-1 deutlich
zurück
